1. If a teacher asks you to deal directly with you for tuition classes please make a call to topper home tutor & inform us. Since we’ve done a lot of efforts in finding a good teacher for you..

2. After completion of 2 days of demo, Parents/students are required to give confirmation that whether students continue with him or not.

3. Just after confirmation of tuition, advance payment should be done immediately .

4. Payment should be always advance on start (tution start date ) of every month, refuse to do forces us to stop all classes immediately and Topper Home tutor won’t be responsible further for anything.

5. Topper home tutor/teacher won’t be responsible for success of your child in any examination.

6. Parents are required to collect a self-attested verified id proof & address proof of tutor.

7. Parents are required to stay at the place of tuition when teacher teaches.

8. Parents/student are only responsible for choosing a suitable teacher for tuition. You agree that topper home tutor does not force to choose to any tutor for tuition.

9. Teacher are liable to compensate only those classes which are postponed or cancelled by teacher himself .

10. Parents & student should always keep in mind that teachers should be respected

11. Topper home tutor reserves all rights to change terms and conditions at any time without informing you & you will be bounded by these terms and conditions.

1. We charge 50% of the first month tuition fees & 2nd month onwards fees will be fully yours. We will deduct same again in start of new session .

2. You understand and agree that the information’s (i.e. name, id proof, address, qualifications, etc.) given by you are correct to best of your knowledge & topper home tutor reserves right to use these information’s to share with students, advertise and any type of use on media.

3. Teachers are required to give 2 days demo classes on every tuition, refuse to do refers to cancellation of their terms/eligibility with topper home tutor .

4. Any direct communications or arrangement with students will be considered as violation of contacts between topper home tutor & teacher. Then you won’t be able to entertain our services & legal action may be taken against you..

5. Teachers are only responsible for choosing a student for tuition. You agree that topper home tutor does not force to take a tuition.

6. You understand & agree that you’ll teach only when at least 1 parent is present at place of tuition.

7. You understand and agree that any type of misbehavior, molestation or any type of bad action is strictly prohibited & if you do such activity, only you are responsible & legal may be taken against you. Topper home tutor will not be responsible for the actions done by/on teachers.

8. Once tuition gets confirmed, teachers are required to pay our 50% of 1st month fees immediately.

9. Teachers are not allowed to take any leave without giving any prior information to students (only above 18 age)/parents/guardians. Then teachers are required to compensate the leave by taking extra classes.

10. Registration does not take any guarantee of tuition.

11. Teacher are not allowed to stop class by himself, refuse to do force us to take legal action and considerable penalty.

12. Teachers understand and agree that he never/can’t blame Topper home tutor for anything.

13. Teachers are not allowed to take any referred tution by existing client, refuse to do simply refers to violation of rule and your terms with us end with same day .

14. Topper home tutor have all rights to change terms and conditions at any time without informing you & you will be bounded by these terms and conditions.

15. In case of violation of anyone above mentioned rules , forces us to terminate your candidature with us.
